TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CHARTERING SEASON  2006

 

 

Period A :        from July  15^th   to     Aug.  25^th 2006

 

Period B :        from May  20^th    to    July  14^th  2006

                        from Aug. 26^th    to   Sept.   1^st  2006

                        from Oct.   1st    to    Oct.   9^th 2006

 

Period C :        from April   1^st     to    May  19^th 2006

                        from Sept.  2^nd    to   Sept. 29^th 2006

 

Week end :     2 or 3 days :  60 % of the price for the week

4         days :  75 % of the price for the week

5         days :  80 %  of the price for the week

 

Embarkation :             Saturdays at 15h00

 

Disembarkation :        Fridays at 17h00 with possibility to stay on board until Saturday 9h00 am.

 

Mandatory cleaning fee :       165 € TTC

 

!  If during the handing over of the boat, we estimate that the crew does not have sufficient skills  to guarantee their own safety, as well as that of the boat, we may impose the embarkation of a skipper of our choice, for the duration of the charter, at the expense of the lessees.

 

All boats are equipped with a navigation station, dinghy with outboard engine, furling genoa and electrical windlass.

 

All “household goods”, cloths and towels are provided. Cabins are prepared, beds are made.

 

 

 

OPTIONAL SERVICES

 

Skipper :         210 € TTC per day

 

Hostess :          180 € TTC per day

 

Groceries on board:    needs receipt of special NewcoYachting shopping list, at least 72 hours prior to embarkation date. Payment in cash required (no credit cards, sorry)

 

Garage :          100 € TTC per week ( depends on availability)

 

Boat convoy :  possible on demand.

 

Assurance :     excess charge waiver and cancellation assurance on demand.
